CDK Support Phone Number Changes

Effective Today - Customer Care Improvements
As part of our ongoing commitment to provide a contemporary, transparent and holistic Customer Care experiences, CDK has implemented a new cloud-based call management solution that streamlines and enhances your Customer Care calling engagement.

This solution improves call routing and response times and provides the foundation for enhanced multichannel support capabilities in the future.

SINGLE CDK TOLL-FREE SUPPORT NUMBER
Effective today, all CDK products have been consolidated to a single CDK toll-free support number. The support number and hours are provided below:

Phone Support Hours
Monday - Friday            7 a.m. - 10 p.m. ET
Saturday                        7 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. ET
Sunday                          10:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. ET

Chat Support Hours
Monday - Friday            7 a.m. - 10 p.m. ET

 

CMF/ACCOUNT NUMBER REQUIRED
With this change, you are required to provide your CMF number when calling into support. Refer to instructions below on how to locate your CMF number.*

ROUTING MENU
With the change to one toll-free number, our call routing menu is also changing. Please refer to the Direct Agent Support Reference Card for changes to our support phone routing menu. While many options will remain the same, several menu selections have changed. Please take note of the new selections needed to reach your desired product support team. Refer to the Announcement and FAQ for more information and a list of the changes.

SUBMIT A CALL FEATURE
The Submit a Call feature of the Customer Care Portal is temporarily disabled. Phone support capabilities within the Customer Care Portal, along with additional portal improvements, will be released in the coming months. In the meantime, please call our primary support number or utilize Chat with an Agent in the Customer Care Portal for immediate agent-assisted support.

We’re excited to implement this enhanced technology and offer a streamlined approach for CDK phone support across all products. We look forward to providing additional advancements in your Customer Care experiences as we move forward.

*Locate your CMF number in the following ways:

  1. Contact the CDK Enterprise Admin within your organization. Enterprise Admins can locate the Account Number (same as Billing CMF) on the CDK billing statement.
  2. See your CMF in the CRM product under the Service side menu.
  3. Contact your Account Manager for assistance.
  4. If you don’t have your CMF number when calling support, you’ll be routed to a receptionist who can assist.
