How to fix Keyper in 5 minutes or less

Every 30 days, Keyper needs maintenance to continue functioning on computers. You're able to do this yourself, but you may open a help desk ticket for us to do it if you have trouble. If this is your first time ever accessing Keyper on this computer, you will need to open a help desk ticket for us to set it up for you.

To fix it, please do the following:

1. Copy the address of Keyper from the address bar in the top, this is usually an IP like http:\\204.224.193.38 (BMW) or http:\\172.30.115.133 (Audi), but yours may be different depending on what dealership you work at.

2. In Edge, go to the three dots in the top right > settings > default browser

3. Set "Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode" to "Allow"

4. Click add a page and  paste the address of Keyper from step 1. 

After this, you should be good to go. If you have any troubles please open a help desk ticket.
